Are your products for human consumption?
No. All VexaPep products are strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other use.
How do you ensure product purity?
Every batch of our peptides undergoes rigorous independent third-party HPLC-MS testing. We guarantee a minimum purity of >99% for all our research compounds.
How are the products shipped?
We use discreet, plain packaging for all orders. Products are shipped from our Australian facility using express services to ensure they arrive quickly and maintain their integrity.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve the Australian research community to ensure the fastest delivery times and avoid customs delays. Please contact support for specific international inquiries.
How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a freezer at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they must be kept refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C.
